When looking to buy a property, we will gladly review contracts for properties in which you are interested and discuss these with you in detail. We do not charge you for these contract reviews. Our fee will only be applicable at settlement of the property for which you successfully purchase. We work with our clients until they are successful in securing a property.
If you decide to sell your home or investment property, we will prepare the contract in consultation with you, ensuring your chosen agent is provided with the Contract of Sale in a timely manner, enabling them to market and show your property for a successful and profitable sale.
Wills & Estates
O’Rourkes Solicitors can prepare a legal Will for you and your family members. We will meet with you to discuss your wishes before drafting a personal document for your approval. This document must be signed in the presence of witnesses in our office. You will be given the original signed Will for your safe keeping. However, we will retain a digital copy of your Will. We also offer Probate services, handling your matter with compassion and discretion.
O’Rourkes Solicitors handles all matters of Estates and Probate with a sensitive and personal approach. We will assist with preparing and applying for Probate, keeping you informed of the matter’s progress.
